Shawnti Refuge is a Master Certified Mental Health Coach, Keynote Speaker, and the best-selling author of Quiet As Kept. After overcoming severe depression and anxiety through guided journaling, she developed a transformative program to empower individuals to heal and thrive without medication. Shawnti is the creator of Shawnti Refuge Journals, a series of guided journals designed to help others release past traumas. As the founder of Stayin' Stuck Ain’t Cute Coaching, she passionately advocates for mental wellness in both business and community settings.

Welcome! ShareWell is a warm and welcoming peer-to-peer community for mental wellness. We host support groups for people looking to connect with others to overcome similar life challenges.

Ground Rules for ShareWell Peer Support Sessions:

  1. Stay present, compassionate, and respectful. Attend sessions with your video on and arrive on time (group entry closes 5 minutes past start time).
  2. Share your experience, not your advice. Stories and experiences are welcome, but please refrain from telling others what you believe they should do.
  3. Foster Compassion. Actively listen, validate, and support others with kindness. We create a healing environment by lifting others.
