Join us for a 5-hour immersive workshop designed to deepen your self-awareness, cultivate inner harmony, and strengthen your relationship with yourself.

Through the lens of Internal Family Systems (IFS), you’ll explore the different "parts" of your psyche—your inner critic, protector, nurturer, and more—to understand how they shape your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. With guided exercises, reflective discussions, and interactive activities, you'll learn how to:

✨ Identify and connect with your inner parts
✨ Develop self-compassion and emotional balance
✨ Create a deeper sense of inner peace and wholeness
✨ Strengthen your relationship with yourself and others

This small-group experience fosters a safe and supportive space for personal growth, insight, and connection. A delicious lunch is included, so you can nourish both your body and mind as you embark on this journey of self-discovery.

No prior experience with IFS is necessary—just an open heart and a curious mind!
