Skill Builder Presentation

It's a safe assumption that most everyone's job is multi-layered, and comes with myriad moving parts. Feeling overwhelmed by goals and objectives, day-to-day tasks, and the unexpected "curve ball" is normal, but it doesn't have to be the norm!

In this session with guest speaker Liz Adamshick, you will learn how to review your job responsibilities with delegation in mind, and engage the skills of others to help you meet your goals. Understand the difference between "delegating" and "dumping", and sharpen your coaching/grooming abilities. You will still retain the primary functions of your role in your organization while providing valuable collaboration and team-building opportunities for those around you. Interactive, energizing, and...reassuring. Join us!
