A summer and fall dance initiative featuring over 20 classes and events all FREE. Move to the rhythms of Salsa, West African, Afro Latin and more with many classes featuring live percussion. “Get Out and Dance!“ is funded in part by the City of Houston through Houston Arts Alliance and support from Houston Parks and Recreation, Flamart, Foundation for Modern Music, Afro Latin Fest, Salsa y Salud, Texas Commission on the Arts, El Festival de la Salsa, NEA (National Endowment for the Arts), The DeLuxe Theater, Dance Houston, Doshi House Coffee, Kaffeine Coffee, Strictly Street Salsa, and others.
