Get on the Bus creates opportunities for schools across the Kansas City region to celebrate Real World Learning alongside the employers and educators that make the work possible. This celebration features powerful student stories of Market Value Asset Attainment (MVA’s); features innovative educators and school leaders paving the way for curricular re-design one classroom at a time; and recognizes the employers who join in this meaningful work for optimal workforce outcomes.

Get on the Bus aligns with Real World Learning’s 3 E’s of impact that are aligned with EMKF’s Workforce and Career Development Strategic Priority.

The What: We will implement future-focused efforts to strengthen and fortify the RWL ecosystem to meet our goal of 100% MVA attainment in the Greater Kansas City Region.

The Why: We want Real World Learning to be part of transforming education systems to align student learning to meaningful workforce needs and opportunities.

• Employer Recognition
