Get on the Bus 2020 Campaign

Join us for the Get on the Bus 2020 Campaign!

Through a joint parternship with MiMentor, Latino Medical Student Association (LMSA) and Alliance in Mentorship (AIM), we are proud to present to you the Get on the Bus Campaign. For a $30 flat rate, participants will receive a one night hotel stay at the Hilton, a conference ticket to the LMSA-West conference, and bus transportation to and from the conference.

Buses will first pick up students in Palo Alto, CA the morning of Friday, March 13th. We will then pick up the other half of students in Fresno, CA before heading down to our final destination of Irvine, CA. We will be staying in the same hotel as the conference. All participants will attend the LMSA-West conference day. After the conference, we will get back on the buses and return to Fresno, CA and Palo Alto, CA.

We will have a limited number of spots, with half of tickets saved for Palo Alto pick-up and half of tickets reserved for Fresno pick-up. When selecting tickets, please select the origin city (Palo Alto or Fresno) you will be departing from. If tickets for the origin city of your choice are gone, please add yourself to the waitlist. There is a high likelihood we will be able to accomodate most participants off of the waitlist!

Once you select your Free ticket on Eventbrite, you will be sent a link through email to pay for the $30 fee through our Flipcause page.

Note: This opportunity is only open to individuals 18 years of age and older. Hotel rooms are shared three to four people per room. We will be taking pictures/ video at the event.
