Join us at Swiss Cottage Library or online for an informative session on the world of investment. Do you run a business and are curious about investment and whether it's a good fit for you? This event is the first in a series of four sessions which aim to support businesses get investment ready.
Session 1 - Understanding Investment: Experts from Camden Community Wealth Fund will break down the basics and help you understand the potential benefits of investing, as well as explaining more about the Camden Community Wealth Fund which will be launching soon.
Session 2 - Getting Investment Ready: What do you need to have in place to get ready to approach investors? From finance to governance we cover all the basics.
Session 3 - Building a Growth Strategy: This session will help you to demonstrate traction and plan for growth. If you've not got one already, this session aims to support you to build a Business Plan.
Session 4 - Financial model building: Learn how to put your growth plan into a forecast model to be able to present to investors.
In all sessions the presentation will run from 12 -1 and from 1pm onwards, there will be time to talk one on one to the experts and ask all the business specific questions you might have been thinking about.
Camden Community Wealth Fund is being launched by Camden Council as an investment fund to help people grow their business and make a positive impact in Camden.
