We are incredibly honored that Curious Elixirs recognized our vision and chose Umbrella to bring this unique experience to Raleigh. In fact, the "Get Curious" theme itself was our proposal, perfectly embodying the spirit of exploration and mindful discovery that we champion within our community.

🎶 Candlelight & Curated Sound A subtle playlist sets the tone. The space glows with intention. From start to finish, this evening is designed to draw you into the present moment.
🌿 Herbal Sensory Bar Touch, smell, and taste your way through adaptogenic and nervine herbs like ashwagandha, tulsi, damiana, and ginseng — the plant magic behind both our cocktails and Curious Elixirs. Guided and grounded, this is your invitation to explore botanicals with intention.
🍸Concious Cocktails, Crafted by Umbrella Our bar team will be shaking up zero-proof cocktails featuring ingredients found in the Curious Elixirs lineup — showing just how deep, rich, and nuanced non-alcoholic cocktails can be.
🍽️ Curated Small Bites by Chef George Acosta (Flavors of Finesse) Each bite has been created to heighten the mood and mirror the evening’s flavors. Expect delicately layered pairings — like poppy seed cake with tulsi syrup and rhubarb lemon balm compote — designed to linger and surprise.
🍹 Tasting of Curious Elixirs Discover all ten of Curious Elixirs’ signature blends, thoughtfully poured and presented. This is about tasting the subtle layers of flavor and noticing how they make you feel.
🎨 Local Artist Showcase Four Raleigh-based artists will be sharing their work, inviting you to connect with new perspectives and creative expressions. Quiet beauty meets bold curiosity.
🥂 Nationwide Toast at 9 PM As the evening winds down, we’ll raise a glass — together with guests across the country — in a shared toast to curiosity, creativity, and mindful celebration.
