Cathy has had a far-reaching career that includes over 29 years in the real estate industry, more than 18 years of teaching experience and is known as a subject matter expert and consumer advocate in homeownership. She has authored more than 300 training manuals, met and trained more than 200,000 real estate professionals and has conducted more than 3,500 live classes since 2007. During 2024, more than 75,000 registered for a class through Eventbrite. 2025 is surly to be a busy and exciting time for education to keep up-to-date with real estate trends, challenges and solutions.
Cathy McDaniel is the author of “A Road Map To Saving Your Home" which is available at the National Association of REALTORS bookshelf.
Cathy is recognized as an industry expert and a has earned a Google 5-Star rating from her students. She also received from Georgia Real Estate Educators Association the 2016 “Outstanding New Program Course” and the 2008 “Educator of the Year". She has a partnership with The CE Shop for self-study online courses. Onsite class sponsorship is provided by D.R. Horton Communities, Silverton Mortgage, New American Funding, United Community Bank and Ohlson & Medlock, LLC. These relationships allows her to offer a variety of class topics and community events throughout the year for free.
2025 Learning Experience Platform
NEW! All classes will include a digital download to learning material, audio lecture recording link, assessment form and useful online tool folder. Her monthly training platform includes Zoom/Onsite CE classes, certificate, designation courses, 25 hour post license course for new agents on Tuesday evening and Saturday morning. As a Realtor you will be required after July 2025 to take a 2 hour Fair Housing and Code of Ethics curriculum to renew your license.
