Lainie Kates is a recipe developer, content creator, Holistic Nutritionist, and co-founder of Perdi’s—a clean, almond-based protein powder. After years of struggling with PCOS, she turned to holistic nutrition and home cooking to reclaim her health. Now, as a business owner and mother of two, Lainie creates protein-packed, meal-prep-friendly recipes that support busy women and make healthy eating feel fun and effortless. Her work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Good Morning America, and on The TODAY Show.
Lauren Montgomery aka Monty is a Certified Health Coach, Health Supportive Chef, Fermentation Enthusiast, and Founder of Monty’s, a plant-based brand dedicated to creating delicious, clean and craveable plant-based products, starting with cream cheese and butter. Lauren founded Monty’s on an overall wellness mission to create insanely delicious, plant-based alternatives to some of our favorite daily essentials. Her products are beloved by many for their immaculate ingredient label & uncompromising taste, and have been featured in the WSJ Future of Everything Festival, in Vegnews, Poosh, the NYtimes and beyond. She is excited to continue her mission of spreading health & higher awareness through her new biz, Perdi's protein boosters with her long time bestie Lainie.
Elissa Goodman is a Los Angeles-based holistic nutritionist and lifestyle cleanse expert renowned for her integrative approach to wellness. After overcoming her own battle with cancer, she dedicated her life to helping others heal and thrive through nutrition, mindfulness, and daily renewal practices. Elissa is the creator of several popular programs, including the “S.O.U.P. Cleanse” and “Cleanse Your Body, Cleanse Your Life”. Her philosophy centers on the belief that proper nourishment and self-care are essential for optimal living. She works privately with clients, including professionals and celebrities, to develop personalized wellness programs that encourage true health from the inside out. Elissa collaborates with health and wellness partners throughout Los Angeles including M Café’s macrobiotic RESET Cleanse, Earth Bar’s offerings at LAX, and signature juice blends at Erewhon Market.
Mariel is an American actress, author, and mental health advocate as well as the granddaughter of literary icon Ernest Hemingway. Mariel began her acting career at 14 with a Golden Globe-nominated role in Lipstick (1976) and received an Academy Award nomination for her performance in Woody Allen’s Manhattan (1979). She later starred in Personal Best (1982) and Star 80 (1983), among other films. In 2013, she co-executive produced the Emmy-nominated documentary Running from Crazy, which explored her family’s struggles with mental illness and suicide. Mariel is also a best-selling author, having written books such as Out Came the Sun and Invisible Girl, focusing on mental health and healing. She founded the Mariel Hemingway Foundation to connect individuals with mental health resources and continues to speak globally on wellness, balance, and authenticity.
