A gentle, all-levels yoga practice for the body’s true foundation — the core and pelvic floor. Julie Blamphin blends mindfulness with honest conversation to help you reconnect with your center and reclaim your confidence.
About the instructor:
Julie Blamphin flips the script on women’s wellness. A retreat leader, author, and sought-after speaker, she helps women feel joyful, stable, and sexy through science-backed strategies and real talk on posture, pelvic health, and stress. Expect sass, laughter, and aha moments that make the awkward feel approachable and the impossible feel possible.
