Gentle Yoga & Group Sound Healing

Join in respite for a group sound session that is intended to balance the chakra system and create feelings of peace, and a calmer nervous system.

Forrest will lead us with 20 mins of gentle yoga as an intro to sound session. Amy will use instruments to encouraging homeostasis in the body foe approx 40 mins.

Payment is donation based for this class. $20 suggested donation (we would love attendees to enjoy and pay what you can).

Bring a yoga mat if you have one.We do have a few extra mats and blankets.

***please note if you would like to bring a camp chair or other sitting option for not laying on a yoga mat that is welcomed.***
