This 45-minute Vinyasa Flow is a mindful, accessible class designed for all experience levels—whether you're brand new to yoga or a lifelong practitioner. You’ll move through a thoughtfully paced sequence that links breath with movement, offering options to modify or deepen each pose based on your comfort and ability.

Expect gentle warm-ups,
flowing transitions, standing postures, and a grounding cool-down—perfect for
building strength, increasing flexibility, and finding balance in body and
mind.

Adults, teens, and seniors
alike—this class is ideal for anyone seeking a short, uplifting yoga practice.

What to bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Water bottle
  • Any other props you’d like to support your practice
    such as blocks, straps, etc. 
  • We have chairs
    available for anyone who wishes to practice chair yoga.
