GenProof Study Groups - 8 Week Program [Thurs. 7 p.m. EST]

Welcome to our GenProof Study Groups! Join us every Tuesday at 3 p.m. EST for an 8-week program. Our program offers genealogists a guided exploration of Mastering Genealogical Proof, by Thomas W. Jones, in a group-study format. Under the leadership of a skilled volunteer mentor we provide live discussions in Zoom, online discussions in Basecamp, and independent reading and written assignments, supported by the book’s content and additional proprietary materials.

Registration:

Registration for this event will open on1 August 2025 at noon ET and close on15 January 2026 at noon ET. When registration is open, you can select the "Register" button to view available days and times shown in Eastern US/Canada time zone.

Our Winter 2026 evening session will begin the week of 22 January 2026 and conclude the week of 12 March 2026. Each study group is limited to ten students. Enrollment is“first come, first served,” and there are no waiting lists.

Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason you need to withdraw from the program before registration closes, we can refund your tuition less Eventbrite's small processing fee. We are unable to provide refunds for withdrawals after registration closes.
