Hands-on tutorial to help build skills required in Precision Child Health, data science and bioinformatics for SickKids staff and trainees.

- Geonomics Pipeline: Genome Assembly, Variant calling and Annotation, Introduction to different variant types (SNVs/SV/CNVs) and their interpretation
- Transcriptomics Pipelines: RNA-Seq Experimental Design, Differential Expression Analysis, Gene and term enrichment analysis, Useful tips and tricks
