Fawcett Society (Beatrix) - Fawcett Society is a charity campaigning for gender equality and women's rights at work. They publish research and bring together politicians, academics and activists to tackle issues such as closing the gender pay gap and secure equal political representations.
Social Finance (Anna) - After studying Human Computer Interaction Design, Anna worked in the Home Office in user research across immigration and law enforcement. She worked to understand and champion the needs of people using the services, researching with a wide range of users including vulnerable people, and people with access needs. Since then, she has moved to Social Finance, working to embed user research in projects across a range of complex social issues.
The People (Kian) - The People is a youth powered consultancy to bridge the gap between brands and young people. Kian is the founder of The People. Despite an unusual journey into the creative industries, he’s been named in the Financial Times Top 50 Future Leaders, become a Global Judge for the Festival of Media and a contributor to the Forbes CMO Network. Kian is also a One Young World Scholar and an Agenda Contributor to the World Economic Forum.
