G.E.M.S. High School B.R.A.V.E. Edition
Overview
G.E.M.S. High School: B.R.A.V.E. Edition is an 8-week empowerment program designed to support teen girls in developing confidence, emotional resilience, healthy friendships, and strong leadership skills. Built from the G.E.M.S. Method, this group offers a safe, encouraging space where girls can grow, reflect, and thrive.
Throughout the program, participants will explore who they are, what they feel, and how to use their voice with clarity and courage. They’ll learn practical tools for managing stress, navigating social pressures, setting boundaries, and building meaningful connections with peers.
Each week includes guided activities, discussion, and creative expression that help girls apply what they’re learning to real-life situations at school, at home, and in their relationships. The BRAVE Edition emphasizes identity, emotional clarity, communication, confidence, and purpose.
This group is a great fit for girls who want to:
- Build confidence and self-understanding
- Improve emotional awareness and regulation
- Strengthen friendships and learn healthy boundaries
- Reduce stress, comparison, and social anxiety
- Develop leadership skills and personal courage
- Feel more grounded, connected, and supported
Our approach is developmentally informed, culturally responsive, and designed to help each girl feel safe, seen, and valued. By the end of the 8 weeks, participants leave with stronger self-esteem, clearer communication skills, and a deeper sense of who they are and who they’re becoming.
