This will be a brief presentation explaining the various forms of sweat equity awards (e.g., options, restricted stock awards, phantom stock, profit sharing, and profits interests), the pros and cons of each and when one form is appropriate versus others, vesting schedules, best practices, and potential tax implications to the company and the recipient.
