GBR & Sinus Lift Hands-on Course

Overview:

This full-day program equips clinicians with the knowledge and skills to confidently perform Guided Bone Regeneration (GBR) and sinus augmentation procedures. Participants will explore the biological foundations of bone healing, review case selection, learn surgical techniques, and strengthen treatment planning for predictable implant outcomes.

Course Objectives:

Participants will:

• Understand the biological principles of bone healing and regeneration.
• Review the indications, contraindications, and case selection for GBR and sinus augmentation.
• Gain familiarity with bone grafting materials and barrier membranes, including their properties and clinical applications.
• Learn and practice surgical techniques for GBR, sinus lift (lateral window and crestal approaches), and soft tissue management.
• Develop the ability to prevent and manage complications, such as sinus membrane perforations or graft exposures.
• Integrate digital diagnostics (CBCT) and treatment planning for predictable outcomes in implant dentistry.

By the end of the course, participants will be equipped to incorporate GBR and sinus augmentation into their clinical practice, improving treatment outcomes for patients requiring dental implants in compromised sites
