gastrochurch at Mimo

Mimo is a hidden secret in Houston. It's a true Tuscan restaurant founded by chef Fernando Rios and sommelier Mike Sammons. It opened in 2023, and has since gained a reputation for excellence with their homemade pastas and wine-pairing. On Wednesday December 10th, gastrochurch will partner with Mimo to offer a limited capacity three-course dinner with paired wine tastings in a gastrochurch style.

We will revisit some one of our earliest themes as we explore and enjoy this extraordinary food experience together. We will offer two levels of ticket: regular and VIP. The VIP tickets will also receive a few goodies, including a hand-selected bottle by our own sommelier in training Haley Brown.

The regular tickets will include the food, wine, and gastrochurch experience. Because it is a small restaurant, there are limited seats available.

Did we also mention this is gastrochurch's ten year anniversary? Who knows? Maybe we'll have some special birthday treats at the dinner.
