Registration is now open for our 5th Annual GAP-Net Site Optimization Conference, which will be held at The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch from September 22nd – September 24th, 2021! This will be an in-person event without a virtual option. We will stay up to date with Covid-19 travel restrictions over the next few months, but are hopeful to see you all in person this fall!
The conference is focused on site-to-site and site-to-sponsor communication and provides an overall platform for collaboration and networking. The conference will kick-off with a dinner program on Wednesday evening, September 22nd followed by a two-day meeting, which will conclude the afternoon of Friday, September 24th. Registration will be open through Friday, September 17th.
Similar to previous years, GAP will be reimbursing the travel cost of one attendee per site to attend the conference. If you are a GAP-Net site that is in both the AD and PD network, we will reimburse one person from each side of the network (rephrase??). If you plan to send more than one person from your site, we have three registration options available, so please be sure to register attendees accordingly. If you will be sending one additional person from your site (in addition to the one person covered by GAP), the cost will be $800 to attend, and if you plan to send two or more additional people from your site (again, in addition to the one person covered by GAP), the cost will be $600 per person ($200 discount / person). We will kick-off the conference with a Dinner Program & “Fireside Chat” including a moderated panel of sponsors, sites, CROs, and partners, which will conclude with a Q/A session.

Thursday, September 23rd
Day 1: 8am – 5pm Program & 6pm Off-site Dinner at The Edison, Disney Springs

• GPS Services: PCP outreach, digital campaigns, outreach events and other novel strategies
• Remote Clinical Trials

• “2 Minutes, 2 Slides”
