Description: Gamelatron Sonic Sanctuary!
An experience in sonically treated sound-infused air ~ a medium of sense-making for systems change ~ a practice of solar punk action research ~ day for activating true freedom and joyful liberation.
We will honor Kamau as sanctuary steward of the Gamelatron and producer of ongoing on-site exhibit “1000 Ways To Sit,” welcoming ALL to join in the dialogue and participate as a community.
Friends, allies, and Gamelatron Sonic Sanctuary council collaborators will curate additional sessions/experiences. There will be festive spirit and creative dialogue energy throughout with ongoing Gamelatron Sonic Sanctuary gong music vibing throughout.
Sanctuary closes at 7pm.
This event also lands on event organizer Bobby's birthday—we'll have a moment of celebration at 6:45pm, as we continue on to the next phase of the evening. You are welcome to join as the birthday celebration will continue at Mabuhay Gardens (8pm+).

Sonic Sanctuary Sessions Agenda
A council of sonic sanctuary collaborators will be sharing interactive, participatory sessions throughout the experience:
Hai Dai: will share integrated learnings on Gamelon Gamelatron intersectionality, cultural history of Gamelon. Hai Dai will also share the history of Gamelon instruments and how they achieve “bio” resonance.
How current day sonic sanctuaries may be aligned to Balinese cosmology and Balinese ceremonial ways.
Kamau will share the new integration and collaboration on the Sonic Sanctuary.
Sharing experiences and modalities practiced as lead curator and head of programs at current Gamelatron exhibit.
Bobby: Visionaries and Revolutionaries/Backcasting from a solar punk future/working backwards from a trillion trillion trillion times brighter future circle by Bobby Fishkin.
Attuning to the future that we can hyper-tune—with pattern integrity we can attune to acoustic augmentation of our parallax which allows us to see into the future. Regenerative futures can be sensemaked into via resonance with each other’s approaches to living systems change.
Stefanie will share on Attentional ecology.
Exploring cross-modal perception—how the invisible can become perceivable.
Shant: Bathing Woman and the Obsidian Road—river/water element balancing of Burning Man experiential.
A vision for Sonic Sanctuaries as dynamic centers of community wellness dispersed along a network of hubs that are aligned with features of the watersheds and bioregions.
Tania: Dynamic Regenerative Art.
Sonic sanctuaries as the timeless principle of drumming made audible and experiential source of wellness.
Whole Council: will share a vision for publicly accessible sonic sanctuaries of the ancient future.
