In this space, Alicia will gently weave together breath, movement, and meditation in a way that honors and supports each individual journey. With each mindful cue, she will offer her presence, demonstrating from the front to ensure a deep sense of connection and ease for all who come.

The gallery itself serves as an sanctuary, with its serene artsitry walls and two French doors that open onto a lush courtyard—an oasis of greenery and palm trees, where the whispers of nature invite you to slow down and center yourself.

Leave this practice feeling lighter in both heart and body, grounded in stillness, and ready to embrace the rest of your Sunday with grace.

Please bring a mat, water, and wear what allows your body to move freely. Street parking is available, though it fills up quickly, so be sure to plan ahead.
