Gallery Concert with Amani Strings

Join us for one of our concerts featuring performances celebrating varied genres in our main gallery on Lee Road. Showcasing the talent of our Northeast Ohio musicians and offering them paid opportunities to share their gifts with the community is a core value. Free to all, these performances begin at 7:00 p.m. and offer open seating. Come a bit early and enjoy what’s on view in our gallery, or browse art an craft from local artists in our Store.

Amani Strings is the collaborative project of Afro-Colombian cellist Carolina Borja and Ismail Douglas, a multi-instrumentalist specializing in the kora, guitar, and various traditional instruments from around the world. Together, they blend global musical influences with rich string textures and interactive conversation, taking audiences on a unique and deeply engaging musical journey.

There’s nothing more disappointing for us than turning people away because of a sold-out event only to find that we could have placed them. You get it, right? We know you do.
