What are FX Cube 7 Aqua Bags?

They are specially designed water-filled training bags that provide an unstable resistance, making every movement more engaging and challenging for your core strength and stability. Don't worry, all equipment is provided, and Kat will guide you on how to use them effectively!

Who can join this event?

Everyone! This class is for all ages and fitness levels. It's great to do alone, meet new friends, or bring your kids along for a unique and active family morning out. No dance experience is required – just a willingness to move and have fun!

What should I wear and bring?

Just come in comfortable clothes you can move freely in! We recommend bringing water, sunscreen, and a towel. All FX Cube 7 Aqua Bags will be ready and prepared for you.

In case of inclement weather (e.g., heavy rain, thunderstorm warning, or other unsafe conditions), the event will be cancelled with full refunds. All registered participants will be notified via email and Eventbrite updates.

A single ticket for the FX Dance on the Beach event is HK$250 per person.
