About Kristin McIntire:
Kristin McIntire is an Account Manager at VanderHouwen, where she has spent the past 10 years recruiting top accounting, finance, and HR professionals. A Portland native, she began her staffing career in 2014 and is known for her thoughtful, strategic, and consultative approach, and commitment to exceptional client and candidate service.
Before transitioning into recruiting, Kristin earned her Master’s in Education and worked in college career services, where she strengthened her skills in coaching and supporting others in their professional growth. She lives in Portland with her husband, three boys, and two dogs.
