Fundamentals of Property Management class - 40 hours REQUIRED credit.
Must attend all ten sessions. Each session is 5:30pm - 9:30pm Mountain Time.
Course cost is $695 plus optional shipping charges. $695 includes textbook, notebooks, access to additional study materials.

There will be a final test on last day accessed online. Passing test qualifies student to schedule state test in Pierre at SD Real Estate Commission. After passing state test, student must have application for license received by real estate commission within 60 days. SDREC supplied fingerprint cards and authorization/payment for background check should accompany application. SDREC fingerprint cards are included with class materials.
Zoom attendees must be present, in front of a camera and with microphone access during all the hours of the class to receive credit. Need to have reliable high-speed internet access. Zoom app works on PC, MAC, tablets, and smartphones. Zoom invitation emailed separately. Please make sure carol@CarolsClasses.com is a safe sender in your email.
Class needs to be paid for when picking up books. Shipping fees are $29 or books can be picked by appointment.
TRANSFER POLICY: You may transfer to a new class. If the new class is the same price or more, you will be charged the difference in payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Classes may be cancelled up to one day before class. Refunds will be issued from the company which received payment, such as Square, and will have credit card or handling fees deducted.
