Come Explore Body Up Co-regulation, strategies for regulating our nervous systems together. We play with skills for embodiment in relational space and ways to upregulate, downregulate and regulate for social engagement.
These days it is easy to get overwhelmed and slide towards freezy, addictive or withdrawn states. I know I am doing too much unnecessary screen time. Let's explore effective practices for connection and resilience.
Led by somatic psychotherapist and educator Beth Dennison, this session draws from interpersonal neurobiology, Somatic Experiencing, and Bodynamics, and offers four essential skills for embodied relating. These tools increase our bandwidth for complexity and intensity. Together we build connection and resilience in all kinds of relationships—intimate, professional, and communal.
What to Expect:
- Partner and group practices for nervous-system-to-nervous-system connection
- Explore safety, trust, and co-regulatory relationships
- A warm, inclusive environment—come solo or with a friend
- No prior experience needed
All bodies are welcome. You are invited to choose what feels safe and good for you.
Co-regulation is only co-regulation when it’s good for both people.
