The Fundamentals of Community Development Program Management course is designed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to drive impactful, sustainable change in communities. Drawing on participatory methods and real-world case studies, the course takes learners through the entire program cycle, from community needs assessment and strategic planning to program design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and learning.

Over the course of five intensive days, participants will explore critical themes such as community power dynamics, stakeholder engagement, inclusive program design, data reporting and analysis, sustainability, and policy advocacy. Special emphasis is placed on cultural competency, equity, and ethical practice to ensure programs not only achieve results but also respect and reflect the values of the communities they serve.
