Join us for a magical evening of movement, breath work, and moonlit intention as we gather under the powerful energy of the Full Moon.
🧘♀️ We’ll begin with gentle, grounding yoga to open the body and release tension, followed by a guided chakra-balancing meditation to help you align with your highest self. You’ll be invited to reflect, release what no longer serves, and set meaningful intentions for the lunar cycle ahead.

✨ Bring bug spray, a mat, water, journal (optional), and anything you’d like to energetically charge (crystals, cards, etc.) under the moonlight.
