Time: 6:30pm-8pm

Join Donna and Diana for this Full Moon Sound Bath that will connect your heart to the transformative energy of the full moon. We often feel emotions more deeply during the full moon, so this is the perfect time to release and relax. You’ll move through guided stretching before drifting off to the nurturing, soothing, and restoring sounds of many instruments to include crystal singing bowls, gongs, rainstick, koshi chimes, ocean drum, thunder drum, crystal pyramid and crystal practitioner’s bowl.

No experience required! Bring your own trapeze/yoga mat or use ours! Wear comfy warm clothing and bring your favorite blanket. You are welcome to bring water, your crystals for charging and a spirited beverage to enjoy after the event. All in attendance will be gifted a tuning fork attunement before the session begins.

Limited to 12 participants.
