Full Moon Sound Bath

By Sonorous Health by Colton

Overview

Free full moon sound bath for the Beaver Moon—slow down, breathe deep, and tune into the season’s energy.

Full Moon Sound Bath 🌕✨

Join us for an evening of deep rest and reflection as we gather under November's Beaver Moon for a free community sound bath. This special session is designed to help you release what no longer serves you, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself and those around you.

You'll meditate through 45–50 minutes of resonant crystal singing bowl tones—frequencies that invite your nervous system into rest-and-restore mode. Whether you’re new to sound baths or a regular attendee, this is a beautiful opportunity to honor the full moon’s energy in community.

While the event is free, a $5 donation is appreciated to support the facilitator and future sound bath offerings.

He holds a Bachelor of Music Performance & Music Theory from the University of Oklahoma and plans to pursue formal sound healing training in the future.
