About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

Join us for a transformative Sound Bath Meditation, harnessing the energy of the full moon. A time for release, reflection, and renewal. This is the perfect opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you and embrace clarity, balance, and inner peace.

We’ll begin by grounding ourselves and setting meaningful intentions. Then, lye back and relax as the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes gently wash over you. These soothing vibrations will guide you into a deeply meditative state, helping you release tension, recharge your energy, and restore balance to your mind and body. Clearing your mind and energy and nurturing the seeds of your intentions to flourish and thrive.

Connect with the full moon and your inner self in this restorative sound bath experience.

Let go. Reflect. Renew.

Frequently asked questions

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, there is plenty of free parking at the centre.

What should I wear?

Something comfortable, like yoga pants, joggers, loose clothing ideally, so you can be completely comfortable. It can get cold laying still for a length of time, so if in doubt, bring more layers rather than less.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Please bring a pillow and a blanket for extra comfort. If you know you may need extra support in areas due to injuries, you may want to bring pillows to support you. You may want to bring a water bottle and a journal if you’d like to capture any insights.

Do I need to print my ticket out?

No, I have a list of everyone booked on, so no need to print the ticket.

Are sound baths suitable for everyone?

Sound baths are not suitable for those in first trimester of pregnancy, anyone with severe mental health challenges, extensive metal plating or pacemakers.

What if I cannot lie on the floor for a long period of time?

If you are unable to lay on the floor, you can sit on a chair and still enjoy the experience.
