This will be a wonderful beginner-friendly immersion into the energy of possibility that comes with the full moon. We will set our intentions with a ritual, awaken our curiosity with guided reflection, release tension with gentle yoga and relax deeply with a crystal bowl sound journey.

Welcome to The Sacred Center

We are an inclusive, life affirming, interfaith, yoga-based community on Aquidneck Island in Rhode Island devoted to helping people find their sacred center within. Our goal is to offer programming that is deeply nurturing for people of all ages, all genders, all abilities and from every spiritual orientation.

Indoor classes are held year round at the state of the art Common Fence Point Community Center in Portsmouth as well as the historic and picturesque Mabel's Studio on the grounds of the Norman Bird Sanctuary. Outdoor classes are held all Summer long on the lawn and in the garden at the Norman Bird Sanctuary in Middletown, RI.

We offer yoga on demand via our YouTube channel and commUNITY gatherings of various sorts. Wherever and however you connect with us, you will be welcomed into an atmosphere of kindness, love, compassion and acceptance. We hope to offer you encouragement on your journey.
