Join us for a gentle and grounding Yin Yoga practice aligned with the energies of the moon and the seasons. Each session is inspired by the qualities of the full or new moon to help you balance your energy, cultivate mindfulness, and support your emotional well-being.
Please bring your own mat and a blanket or towel to use as a prop. Blocks & straps will be provided as needed.

- Each class is 45 minutes and includes space for reflection and breath.
