About this event
Full Moon Gong Sound Bath w/ Scot McClellan (In Person)December’s Full Moon, known as the Cold Moon, is the final full moon of the year. Spiritually, it works with the themes of dedication, peace, prosperity, and strength. It rises in the deep chill of winter, near the Winter Solstice. It once rose at a time when the earth felt still and quiet, though for the most part that’s been replaced by the holiday bustle. But you can still feel that energy in the early morning, or during that first magical snowfall. When the full moon appears, it shines a light on changes happening inside you. This full moon helps you see your true feelings and wishes more clearly. It encourages you to pause and reflect. The moon also reminds you that small steps can bring big growth. When the full moon shines, it’s a good time to let go of old baggage. This moon helps you find emotional freedom. During this period, focus on clearing energy blocks. These blocks hold onto past pain. Visualize yourself traveling beyond worry and regret. Imagine rising into peaceful and loving spaces. As you do this, you naturally let go of emotional clutter. There’s no need to hide or bury your feelings. Instead, trust that you’ll shed what no longer fits your highest good. The gongs, with their resonant and multifaceted tones, create sound frequencies that penetrate deep within your being, aligning with the natural rhythms of the season. As these powerful vibrations wash over you, they dissolve stress and release blocked energy. This sonic experience taps into the power of the full moon, a time for introspection and letting go, helping you to transition into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace.Accompanying the gongs, the crystal singing bowls emit pure, harmonic tones that resonate with your energy field. These crystalline vibrations amplify the healing process, enhancing your sense of well-being and elevating your consciousness. As you connect with the energies of the full moon, the sound waves gently coax your mind into a meditative state, offering clarity, stillness, and a profound sense of renewal. A native Inuit drum, chimes, and Tingsha cymbals will bring grounding.Traditionally, the Cold Moon is beginning of deep winter. It’s a period for renewal and re-dedicating to your goals, your values, and your sense of peace. This opens the door to growth, peace, and feeling whole. It also helps you align with positive vibrations and inner harmony.SPIRITUAL OFFERING: $15
