Absolutely! About half of our guests come solo, while the other half bring a friend. It's completely your choice, but we warmly welcome solo attendees and create a collaborative atmosphere that encourages connection during the event

Do I need to bring anything?

While we previously included food and drinks in a luxury picnic setting, we found that many guests have dietary restrictions. To accommodate this, we've lowered our ticket price and encourage you to bring your own, as well as a journal if you'd like.

I'm nervous—what can I expect?

We know this may feel intimidating to some, but we work hard to make you feel at home. We start with intros, then move into sound healing, journaling, and open discussions. You can share or simply listen—it's up to you. Many leave having formed new friendships! We welcome women of all ages.
