Join Life's 2 Short as we watch the full moon rise from our SUP and paddle into the starry night!
Event fee includes:
- Glow devices to light up the water in style
- Digital photo album
- Instructors on-site to help out newbies with pumping up boards, paddling tips and answering questions!
- Proceeds will help us to continue hosting social events, zoom presentations, charity events plus invest in safety gear that we loan out for no charge including PDF's, leashes, extra paddles and more. Thank you for supporting the community!

Sunday, Sept 7th
Monday, Oct 6th
Event schedule:
- Arrive anytime before 6:00pm to pump up boards, meet & greet.
- Group picture at 6:30pm SHARP and then head to the water en masse.
- Paddle through moon rising (between 7:30-7:45pm) and sunset. Be back to shore by 8:00pm to pack-up.
*Please plan on a park entry fee of $10 per car, annual passes also available. Dogs are welcome at the park as well as on the water with you.
Safety stuff:
REQUIRED: PFD, leash, whistle and headlamp. Also a lantern if you have one. State law requires that a PDF be on the board and when paddling after sunset an origin of light that can be seen in all directions.
REMEMBER: there are no instructors or lifeguards on duty during these events. You are responsible for your own safety while on the lake. Please dress appropriately, and know your skill level.
