Full Moon Ecstatic Dance & Sound Bath: Embodied Release & Deep Rest
Overview
This experience brings together two distinct but complementary practices: a guided Ecstatic Dance followed by a restorative Sound Bath, aligned with the energy of the full moon in Cancer—a potent time for emotional release, embodiment, and integration.
We begin with an Ecstatic Dance journey led by Alicia Wagner of SolRise Collective, inviting you to reconnect with the body as a source of wisdom, expression, and healing. Under the illumination of the full moon, movement becomes a way to gently surface and release emotional weight that may have been held beneath the surface.
Our bodies hold the wisdom and healing we are seeking, and movement is one of our greatest medicines. In this workshop, we explore the healing codes that live within us, allowing emotion to move through the physical body so it can be felt, expressed, and released. Cancer’s lunar energy supports this process by creating a sense of safety and permission to soften, feel, and let go. Through guided, conscious, and intuitive movement, we create space for what no longer serves to fall away, making room for deeper truth, clarity, and self-connection. Because the physical body is our densest layer, healing that moves through the body allows internal shifts to fully integrate.
This experience invites non-linear, exploratory movement—free from choreography or expectation—so that stored emotions, sensations, and stories can surface and move. Together, we cultivate presence and embodiment, allowing the body to become a trusted ally once again. This is an invitation to feel at home in your physical form during a lunar moment that naturally supports release and renewal.
Following the movement portion, we’ll transition into a Sound Bath guided by Singing Bowls of the Rockies. As the full moon’s energy settles, this portion of the experience is designed for grounding, rest, and nervous system integration. Layers of sound and vibration support regulation, helping the body absorb and anchor the shifts created through movement.
Together, these practices create a complete arc—expression followed by rest, release followed by integration—mirroring the rhythm of the full moon itself.
No prior dance or sound bath experience is required. All bodies, abilities, and experience levels are welcome.
