Join Shalice & Nneka on this full moon in the sign of Cancer on Sunday, January 4th for an evening of mediation, reflection & beginners Pilates.

This experience will include a guided singing bowl meditation led by Shalice, custom journal prompts, healing open discussions & a beginner’s Pilates session led by Nneka.

It’ll be important to show up on time to get the most of the experience.

Don’t forgot to bring the following:

✅yoga mat

✅pillows/blankets/blocks (optional for extra comfort)

✅your beautiful self 💛

This is a pay what you can experience. However, whatever you’re willing to spare will cover all things included in this event.

Since this experience will be taking place downtown, here are a few things to note about parking ⬇️

🅿️ : free street parking after 6pm on weekdays & free on weekends. paid lots & garages nearby as well (504 W & 309 Hillsborough / 501 W Jones). one accessible spot on the block (corner of N West & Hillsborough streets).
