What should I bring?

Please dress comfortably and in layers, bring water, a yoga mat and blanket (plus any cushions or pillows for comfort), a hat, eye covering or sunscreen as needed, and any crystals, sacred items, or a journal to cleanse, charge, or set intentions.

Arrive 15–20 minutes early to allow time for parking, walking down the stairs to the beach and setting up your space.

For the comfort of all guests, this event is best suited for adults. Teens 13+ may attend with a parent or guardian, but should refrain from the breathwork portion and are welcome to relax and enjoy the sound healing.
