What you need:

• Be sure you can comfortably lie on your back on a couch, or a floor. You might want to pad the floor with blankets for your comfort or you can sit in a chair.

• Bring a blanket - as some people get chilly during breathwork - and something to cover your eyes if the light is too bright.

• Bring a few pillows for extra support.

• Bring your best intention by asking yourself, “What do I want to release and what do I want to receive and integrate more in my life?”
