Join us on Sunday August 10th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM for a powerful Full Moon Breathwork session at Symmetry Collective. This guided journey will help you release what no longer serves you, reset your energy, and realign with your intentions in preperation for the illuminating full moon on wednesday June 11th. Fun Fact : you can work with the full and new moon energies both before, durring, and after the actual full or new moon! Through conscious breathwork, meditation, and reflection, you’ll tap into deep healing and transformation.

During this 90-minute Full Moon Breathwork session, you’ll be guided through intentional breathing techniques designed to release stagnant energy, promote clarity, and realign with your intentions. The evening will include:

Grounding Meditation – Arrive fully present and set your intentions.

🌬️ Guided Breathwork – A transformative journey to release, heal, and renew.

🔮 Full Moon Reflection – Journaling and insights for deeper clarity

.🎶 Sound & Energy Healing – Soothing music and vibrations to integrate your experience.

About you Facilitator

Brooke Evans- Brooke is a certified Somatic and Holotropic Breathwork Guide and Reiki practitioner. Passionate about the body’s innate wisdom, she guides individuals to reconnect with their inner knowing. With a belief that healing begins from within, Brooke creates transformative spaces where you can heal one breath at a time.

MOST ($60+): For those able to sponsor others and nurture an inclusive, accessible space

  • Please avoid drinking alcohol or mind-altering substances before our time together
  • Wear comfortable clothing
  • Refrain from eating a large meal 2-3 hours prior to your session
