• First we start our evening by smudging medicine herbs to release any stagnant energy, making room for positive vibrations.
• We'll have some gentle warm-up exercises. Please wear comfortable attire for ease of movement.
• Lastly, we invite you to fully relax your mind and body and lie down on the beach. As we guide you to slow down your breath, let all your tention and worries drift away in the clouds in the sky.

• 初めにパロサント又はセージのお清めで身体に溜まった不要なエナジーを取り払うお手伝いを致します。自由席となりますので、お早めにご到着下さい。

• 軽いウォームアップをしてからサウンドバスを行いますので、身体を動かせる楽な服装でご参加下さい。

• サウンドバスをお受けになる際は、十分に水分補給をなさる事をお勧め致します。常温・又は暖かいお水をご用意下さい。

• ビーチに横たわるために敷く物、日が暮れると肌寒くなるのでブランケットか上着、街灯がとても明るいので目を覆うアイマスク、必要に応じて枕など、ご自身がゆったりとくつろぐ為に必要なアイテムをお持ちになる事をお勧めします。万が一の急な雨にも対応出来るような物をお持ち下さい。
