Hyrox is a global fitness race that combines endurance and functional exercises. It is designed to test athletes' strength, power, and coordination.

What equipment will I be using?

The equipment is the same as what you'll be using at a HYROX event. Skierg, Rowerg, Sandbags, Wall Balls and Dumbbells or Kettlebells. You will also be doing some bodyweight movements such as jumping, lunges, body squats, and running.

This workout is meant to challenge your muscle endurance but it's good for any fitness level.

Water bottle, hand towel and willingness to push your limits. We do have air conditioning but you will sweat regardless.

Yes, you can do it as doubles. You can split the zones but you will both have to do the runs together.
