Whether you’re racing for the first time or tightening the screws before Houston, this simulation is built to sharpen your rhythm, dial in transitions and test your pacing under race-like pressure.


🏁 What is HYROX?

Eight functional stations with a 1 km run between each:

1000m SkiErg

50 m Sled Push

50m Sled Pull

80m Burpee Broad Jumps

1000m RowErg

200m Farmers Carry

100m Walking Lunges

100 Wall Balls

💪 What to Expect

Full Simulation: Run the entire format start to finish — Solo, Doubles or with a Relay Team.

Coached Environment: HYROX Ambassadors + MRT Coaches on-floor with tips and pacing guidance.

Self-Timed: Bring a watch/phone; this is about preparation, not podiums.

BYO-Warm-Up: Arrive early and be ready to roll.


🔁 Divisions & Waves

Individuals, Doubles, and Relay will be mixed throughout 6:00–10:00 AM for a smooth flow in all divisions. Wave signup + division confirmation will be emailed once registration is complete!
