Join us as we put your best to the test! Cardio, strength, core and more! This full body workout will challenge every fitness level. The greatest part is you need nothing but your energy! Simply show up, show out and the instructor will get your heart rate pumping!
The full body bootcamp class will take place outdoors on the plaza at Lincoln Common. It is required to bring your own mat.
This class is part of Lincoln Park Health and Wellness Weekend. It’s more important than ever to find ways to stay fit and healthy, so step out into the neighborhood for the Lincoln Park Health & Wellness Weekend on Saturday, June 11 and Sunday, June 12. Please note, registration is required and limited. Class registration will close at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, June 10. If space is available, you can check-in onsite day-of.
