Whether your athlete is trying to build endurance, improve recovery, or avoid burnout and injuries, this workshop delivers science-backed strategies they can start using right away.

Led by nationally recognized nutritionist and performance coach Jill Lane, this seminar pulls from her proven Fueling Champions® program — trusted by athletes across all levels of competition. Jill will share:

After the nutrition portion, stick around for a special movement-focused session led by Inspire PT & Wellness's Jennifer McCauley and Jill Doyle.
