What can I expect?

We are gathering 20 people to train together, focusing on lower body — legs, quads, and glutes. Coached by Joonas L., everyone moves at the same pace, adjusting weights to their level. Learn the fundamentals of back squats, deadlifts and more.

Do I need experience to join?

Accepted Answer

No experience needed — just the intention to learn, improve, or start from scratch. Frontier focuses on strength from a runner’s perspective, so it helps if you run, but it is not required. Everyone is welcome!

What should I bring?

Wear gym attire and shoes with minimal or no cushioning. Flat trainers are ideal, as we will be squatting and working on lower body strength. Avoid running shoes or anything with a thick, soft sole.

Frontier is the new club in town, built to enjoy the power of training together while focusing on strength and performance. Designed to support runners in their daily goals, but open to anyone, no matter their background.

Who is behind Frontier Training Club?

Frontier is a collective of runners, fitness enthusiasts, and professionals aiming to bring like-minded people together to share a passion for staying active, training smart, and enjoying personal growth.

Is this just another CrossFit or HYROX-style event?

No. Frontier is simply hosted at CrossFit10K, giving us access to 780m² of top-tier space and equipment. Our focus is strength training — the foundation of any fitness discipline — aimed at helping people build knowledge, move better, and perform stronger in whatever activity they choose.

Do you have showers?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there are changing rooms with showers, so you can freshen up after the session. Just remember to bring your own towel.
