About this event

Government • Non-partisan

Pacesetter Frontier is a privately owned, dual-bureau, print and digital magazine established in 2020, with a market audience involving diaspora communities.

Launched in 2021, Frontier Discourse emerged from Pacesetter Frontier’s resolve to bridge the gap between Africa’s leaders and the people they govern. It was created to provide public-private sector platforms for dialogue, reviews and the exchange of development ideas, while also celebrating individuals who have made outstanding contributions to Africa’s growth.

Frontier Discourse, which holds annually in the second week of November, has emerged as a trusted platform for constructive dialogue among the people, which is evident from the numerous feedbacks from interviews, write-ups and comments on electronic and social media. It has encouraged a more informed understanding of national and continental challenges and led to conversations that are more productive on making better policy decisions among political stakeholders, public office holders and government officials/leaders. Delegates include captains of industries, spiritual leaders, traditional rulers, the political class, youth bodies, civil & non-governmental organizations, professional bodies, the formal sector, high school students, college undergraduates and recipients of our honors.

The initiative also features History, Comedy, Poetry and Cultural exhibitions. In 2022, we hosted a governorship candidates' town hall meeting for the four major political parties of APC, APGA, LP and PDP in Enugu State. This aimed to bolster political discourse and citizenry awareness ahead of the then 2023 general elections. The initiative, cumulatively, has hosted over 4,000 Africans physically and virtually. From inception, our stage has been graced by Africans of repute.
